Two Pardons.The Governor issued two important pardons Wedoesdav of men sentenced, for life. Tnev were tbose of George Grlnnell, convicted of murder in the second degree at Xenia in Novemher. 1869. and Ferdinand Seitz, convicted of the same crime at Cincinnati, in 1848 Grinnell had served linger than the average term of men sentenced for life by five years and Seitz longer than the average age of man. The latter was brought tip from Cincinnati In a covered wagon thirty-five years ago. He lias seen the cara from hebind the bara as the Little Miami trains pulled across the river bridge, but he never was on a train till Wednesday H4 was let out late in the afternoon and accompanied to the depot by Chaplain Miller.
