Oscar C. Pratt, a newspaper reporter, at one time city editor of the Ohicago Re-mibltenti. and an attache of the Cincinnati Knqiiirer, anil lately employed on the the Omaha Bee and IMspalch, committed suicide in Omaha, on Saturday night by taking morphine. He has been dissipated,hut was sober when he took the deadly dose. Like all editors, he was a gentleman of ability.
