City Taxes.—The suit of Sf* W. Deau vs. the County Treasurer of Dane County in which a tax of about $10,000 is contest, ed, being enjoined from sale, came up before Judge Hood yesterday. S. U. Pinney, Esq., made an able argument against con* tinuacce. This is an important matter, and the decision will be anxiously looked for.
