Dolores FeldmanFeldman—DicksteinYoung Israel Synagogue will be the scene of the marriage March 9 at 2:30 p.m. of Dolores Feldman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Feldman, E. 4th, to Harold D. Dickstein. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Joseph L. Dickstein. Rabbi Abraham Danzig will perform the ceremony.Mrs. Irwin Dickstein will be her sister’s only attendant and Irwin Dickstein his brother’s best man.An informal reception for guests will be held at the Synagogue followed by a buffet supper for the immediate families at the bride’s home. Couple will make their home in San Diego where Mr. Dickstein is employed as anScholnick-SonkinMr. and Mrs. Joseph Rudis, E. Sylvia, announce the engagement of their sister, Frances Scholnick, to Sidney Sonkin, the son of Mrs. Rose Sonkin. They plan a late May wedding in Tucson.Miss Scholnick arrived in Tucson six months ago and is employed at Levys. A native of Vienna, she lived in Cambridge, England for more than ten years. Educated in New York schools, Mr. Sonkin has lived here ten years, is employed in the City Water Dept, and is president of YPHA.Spitzer-WeinerEngagement of Marcia Myra Spitzer to Bernard Karl Weiner is announced by the bride-elect’s mother. A September wedding is planned. Miss Spitzer is the daughter of Mrs. A1 Carl Spitzer, N. Highland, and the late Mr. Spitzer. Mr. Weiner’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. I. Weiner, Gary, Ind.The bride-elect graduated Tucson high school and is now attending the University of Arizona, majoring in Education. She has been a Tucson resident since 1949, coming from Gary, Ind.Mr. Weiner received his B.S. degree from Indiana University, where he was a member of the National Society of Pershing Rifles. He is now in his third year at Indiana University School of Medicine and is a member of Phi Chi medical fraternity and the Student American Medical Association.
