WILL FUGGETT HELDTO FEDERAL COURTWill Fuggett, an alleged bootlegger was held to the U. S. court following his preiminary hearing before U. S. Commissioner James W. Breedlove at Muldrow on Saturday. Fuggett isicharged with selling illicit moonshine whiskey. He was arrested last week by Special Enforcement Officer JoeMorgan following several complaints■being filed against the man. According to Mr. Morgan the largest crowd that ever attended a federal preliminary in this county during the recent years was present at Fuggett's hearing, The alleged moonshiner's bond was set at $1000.00 whic hhe was un-m,able to make and he was taken to the federal jail at Muskogee, SundayI evening by Special Officer Morgan,I * - ‘1 ' -
