W O HUNDRED members andfriends of the Chicago Political Equality League celebrated the annual reception and ball of the organization last night in the gold room of the Congress Hotel. Artistically, as well as from the standpoint of attendance, the ball was a success.The ball was in charge of the president, Mrs. Harriet Stokes Thompson, and the floor committee included Frank Peak, Edward l.
