MILWAUKEE CO NTY-COUNTY COURT In Probate.STATE OF' WISCONSIN. » __Milwaukee County fIn the inhtter of the estate of Herman Henke, deceased.On this 19th day of February. A. D. 1913. upon reading and tiling the petition of Augusta nettling stating that Herman Henke of the County of Milwaukee, died intestate on or about the 1st day of February. 1913. and praying that Arnold Glaus be appointed administrator of the estate of said deceased.It Is Ordered. That said application be heard before this Court at a regular Term thereof, to be held at the Court House in the City of Milwaukee, on the first Tuesday of April A. D. lujft. at 9 o’clock A. M.. or as soon thereafter ai the same may be reached on the calendar.And It Is Further Ordered. That notice of said application and hearing be given bv publishing a copy of this order for three successive weeks, once in each week, in the Wauwatosa News, a newspaper published in said county, prior to said hearing.By the Court.M.
