Petty, president of the Insulgent Washington National Bank, and Polly THinghast, receiver of the institution, Ehosepka to re cover a mortgage for $2,000 which ahe alleges she give Petty under date of February 6, 191. The mortgage in on e property located in Rockaway, Mor ris county. Another echo of the bank failure wee heard today when Receiver ‘Tillinghast declared that money had been obtained on many notes on which there are no endorsements.
