Woman Drinks Poison and Then Burns Herself, A young woman known to the resi dents of Hollywood, a suburb of Los Angeles, as “Aunt Hester, but whose name is believed to be Mrs. Emily Gehrke, 412 Racine avenue, Chicago, committed suicide by drinking a quan tity of chloroform and setting fire to the gasoline she poured over herself after removing her clothing. She was sent to the county hospital, where she died in terrible agony a few hours later.
