ANOTHER RAILROADMarsh Fork Railway Company Will Build Road to St. Albans—From There Down the Kanawha River to Point Pleasant.Another Railroad for Point PleasantThe Manufacturers' Record, of Baltimore, announoes the inoorpor-tion of the- Marsh Fork Railway Company, in We6t Virginia, for the porpo8e of building an extension of the Tidewater Railway to the Ohio river at the month of the Great Kanawha river. The line will be approximately 100 miiea long from Surveyor Station, in Raleigh oounty, on the Deep-water Railway, whioh is the West Virginia end of the Tidewater route. The officers of the company are Wm M. Page, President; Geo. W Imboden, Vice President; W. H. Evans, Secretary; George H. Churob, Treasurer; Reymond Du-pay, General Manager, ana H Fernstrom, Chief Engineer.The road will oome down Coal river and pass through St. Albans, then down the Kanawha river to this city. A number of surveyorshave been working on this new route for some time.The Wabash Railway.There is a double corps of engineers at work in Putnam, making estimates, running cross sections, etc. They experienced some diffi-onlty at first with the O. O , but after making third anrvey in the narrows at Scary the obstacles have been overoome and work will progress rapidly. Two or three corps of engineers are at work between the Coal river Marshes and St Albans, one following the other, estimating, adjusting rights of way, etc. From St. Albans to Point Pleasant, the engineers have abont four weeks work, when rights of way will be taken up. There is now not the least doubt but that work on construction will commence within ninety days.—Putnam Democrat.
