Pelrg Sweet anil wife and six sons and two daughters, lived where Timothy Strong now lives, in a double, log house. They came from Connrciicut abont 1807. and owned about 1,400 acre* of land. Hie son Isaac, wife and two or three children, lived then, and until within a few years, a little south of ll»e public square—East Ashtabula.
