Courtesy PhotoSHS Girls Bowling Team places 9th in StateThe girls bowling team from Sanger High School made it to the second round of the 2003 Texas High School Bowling Club State Championship Tournament this past Saturday, and finished the season ranking 9th in State.Sanger’s roster includes: Rebecca Chambers, Freshman, 148 average; Leandra Smithers, Freshman, 120 average; Kelsi McDiffett, Freshman, 110 average; Jessica Wilson, Junior, 150 average; Jacklyn Wild, Freshman, 168 average; Darah Edwards, Sophomore, 105 average; and Lauren Goodwin, Sophomore, 85 average. The team is coached by D’Von and Rick Wilson. Sponsors are Jennifer Bohannon and John Catz.
