Massie as stated in the death certificate. This was revealed after an autopsy here last night, when officials declared there was no evidence *of cerebral hemorrhage. Vital organs were removed by order :£ Colorado authorities and will be analyzed.District Attorney Joel E. Stone and Sheriff Walter Johnson of Jefferson county, Colorado, arrived Thursday evening:. C. Knight of Carthage. Official present besides the Colorado men were: State's Attorney Homer Williams, Coroner George D. The paper was crumpled and the writing was barely legible. Officers expressed their opinion the woman had maie a deliberate effort to hide the warning note when she realized she was to die. They say the writing has been identified as Mrs. Massie’s.Although Massie. husband of the slain woman, is still held in the Jefferson county jail he will be releasedunless charges are filed against him on or before next Monday, Judge Samuel W. Johnson said yesterday in postponing habeas corpus hearing at the request of attorneys for Massie.Woman Re*Arrested.Miss Rene Devilbess, a friend of Massie. was re-arrested yesterday, less than 24 hours after being released when she had told officers what eho knew of Mrs. Massie’s death. The significance of her rearrest was not commented on by the prosecutors.The new arrest of Miss Deviibess followed a long distance telephone conversation between District Attorney Joel E.
