Preston, his guardian, and Remy Perrault vs, Emma J, Brabean ot a!.*By virtue of a decree entered at a Special Term nf this Court, held at the Court House, in the village ofCanton.lnsaid county.on the 27th day of January, 1879, directing the sale of the lands and tenements hereinafter described, to be made by the undersigned. The subscriber therefore gives notice that he will sell at public auction, and to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of March, J87fl. at to o clock in the forenoon, at the law office of H. I). Ellsworth, in the village of Canton, in said county, the lands and tenements hereinafter described, viz.: All thattract or parcel of land situate in the town of Canton, county of St. Lawrence and State of New York, lying and being in Mile Square No. $, of the 7th Range, lying between lots No. 9 and 10, and the south line of the E, Miner lot, and bounded as follows: Beglnniug at t-liCMSoutheast corner of lot No. 9 and the southwest corner of lot No, 10 and running fromthence along the easterly line of lot No. fl north 27 o west 14 chains eight links to a hemlock post standing in the southerly line of said Miner lot; thence along said line south 930 lot east twenty-two ehalnu 72 links to a point in the centre of the road, anti northerly line of lot No. 10. south 08° north 10 chains 72 links to the place of beginning, containing eleven and 68*100 acres of land, excepting thereout a piece of land in the easterly corner, consisting of one acre of land heretofore conveyed to Andrew Hall and wife, being the land described in the complaint in this action, and the same premises conveyed by Hezny Perrault to Peter Gebo, by deed dated October 31st. 1859, and recorded November 1st. 1859, in Book 59 C, page 609 e., and conveyed by Peter Gebo to Jane Perrault by deed dated April 2d, 1861, and recorded April 3d,18CI, in Book 63 C, at page 23C, «fcr.Dated February 7th, 1879.ORSON O.
