Keys Arlington ParkingTHIRTY-THREE TONS of pedestrian bridge spans Roff Way and connects the fourth floor recreation level of the 22-story Arlington Towers with the roof level of the parking facility across the way. Reinforced concrete in the bridge was poured In place. Throughuse of locked doors at the garage end. the bridge will afford tenants of the S4.5 million Arlington Towers with one of their three entrances to the structure. The parking facility •s open now to the public, with the Towers due to open in April. (Journal Photo)
