He served the entire fouryrs of the civil war, andnpart from that service, his life was spent ia Rapides Parish.His wife died some years ago also three children. HU otiier children near here and are honorable citieens of their com u unit' 1Uncle “Billy” was a faithful tnembhr ef'CJie Baptist Church for 62 years and died in the tri omphaof Christian faith.
