At the time of the great drive for funds to meet the Y. M. C. A.’; work last year, when $35,000,000 were asked and $53,000,000 were given, appeals were made forIjfunds all. over the country. There were 40,000 towns and cities without Y. M. C. A. organizations which responded noblyto the call. Nogales was one ofthem. In each .of .the 40,000towns there was framed a localorganization which conductedthe work ,remitted the money, and then went out of existence.The need of a permanent organisation in all those towns an 1 cities has become manifest. For that reason the Red TriangleLeague is* in course of forma-jtion, and its growth is spreading | with remarkable rapidity.
