Teel k jIlalton, attorneys, of San Anton |ia, have brought suit for Mrs. j McCullough and children against, 100 citizens of Cotulla for lynch- j ing Green McCullough, some months ago. The suit is for$200,000 damages, and excites much comment. McCullough was lynched in broad dayligt tby citizens of the town. No in-dictments have ever been prc jsented. It is said there will be no trouble in identifying the jlynchers. Further developments are expected.
