The Molina Road was for the Jarales-Pueblitos School.The board turned down the request because it had other roads that were higher up on the priority list.Approval was given to La Ponder-osa Farms, a subdivision near Valencia.The meeting was recessed twice during the entire period. The first time was at 11 a.m., an hour after the meeting had begun, because Commission Chairman Frank Sedillo was requested to appear as a witness before the grand jury, which was convened Monday by District Judge Filo Sedillo.The Commission meeting was again recessed around 12:20 p.m. for 10 minutes. This was a break, from the long meeting which began at 10 a.m.The Commission also approved the Fence Lake Ranchettes in the western portion of the county. This subdivision came under attack at yesterday’s meeting by David Mac-Arthur of the Attorney General’s office. “They have never furnished documents to the county on a terrain management plan, was one of MacArthur’s protests.The subdivision passed unanimously.
