The Eastern Valencia County Concerned Citizens have been collecting money to continue the program but Belen City Manager Richard Aragon, who is chairman of the Metro Squad program, said they would probably not be able to participate in the program since they were not a government agency.Bill Johnson, Metro Squad com mander, resigned his post on Monday.
