Wm. Clingenpeel has agreed through his attorney, Judge Pol lard, not to resist the divorce pro ceedings brought at Pierre, S. D., by his wife, Elizabeth Clingenpeel, who eloped with John M. Flora. She has said that she will make no effort to get custody of any of their children if he would let her have a divorce and it will probably be given her on these terms at the March term.
