CUB PACK 473 Feb 16 Queen of Angels Pack 473 held their Blue and Gold dinner at the Social Hall with Raymond Connors, committee chairman,acting as master of ceremonies. Upon the vacancy of Dale Cushman a new cub master is being sought. The dinner was attended by almost 200 persons. Among guests were the most Reverend Alcuin Lawrence and Reverend Daniel Regimbal. Awards earned during Febru ary were presented by Andrew Pazan to the following days: Carl Waltenburg — Lion badge, gold and silver arrow; Stephen Pazan — Wolf badge and gold arrow; Blix Thompson Bear badge, one-year pin, gold arrow, and assistant denner stripe; Bobby Morgan — one year pin; Kenny Lane — Bear badge, one-year pin, gold arrow, and denner stripes; Terry Mor gan — one year pin and silver arrow; Lars Thanen — one year pin; Bruce Cox — one-year pin and denner stripes; James Rickard , one-year pin; Franz Skerbeck, one-year pin and as sistant denner stripe. As well as the monthly awards, 15 boys were awarded perfect attendance pins. Father Daniel Regimbal presented the award after complimenting the boys for their perfect attend ance for a year at both month ly pack meetings and weekly den meetings The boys were: Glen Belcher, Steve Mason, Alan Krick, Ken ny Lane, Terry Gallagher, Carl Waltenburg, David Neal, James Rickard, Ronald Pazan Robert Conners, Blix Thompson, Lars Thanen, Daniel Roening, Mich ael Sobieck, and Bobby Mor gan. The meeting ended with mov ies for Cubs and families. CUB PACK 686 | Franklin Cub Pack 686 held its annual Blue and Gold din ner Friday evening in the mul ti-purpose room of the school. William Crawford introduced the following guests, before din ner was served to 160 members of the pack family, Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Meisel, Mr. and Mrs Eugene Larsen, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Judson, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Roblan and Rev. McKenzie Murray. Den 3 presented the colors and led in the pledge of alleg invocation. Girl Scouts, Patty Hassell, Janice Waldo, Luann Hall, Patty McKeown, Denise Koch anek, Judy Meehan and Debby Thornberg, served tables. Gary James and Philip Esh om were inducted into the pack and were presented Bobcat pins. Two films were shown by Robert Rogers. Due to illness balance of the program was cancelled. Rev. Murray gave the benediction and Den 3 re tired the colors.
