Rul EstMf Man Accunti.James E, Dragoo, well known in Northern Missouri as a real estate speculator, was arrested in hb office in St. Joseph last Saturday on a charge of having swindled J. P. Seelman, an engineer on the Burlington railway, out of $1,100 and a farm in Wright ! county.
