Whiteside, that the sum of seventeen dollars be paid to Joseph Pogue, for burying Wm. Haakill, who died at his place. A by-law regulating statute labour according to tho following scale, was introduced ; by Messrs, Naylor and Adam, and adopted:1 Property assessed to $100. two days ; from $400 to $800, three days ; from JfcSOO to j 31,200, four days ; from 31.200 to $1,00), five days ; and flt;«r every additional $500. or fractional part thereof over 3250, one additional day.
