Slaves will receive personally from the State each ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS The master gets from the State ONE 111 NDKED DOLLARS, and if loyal, THREE HUNDRED from the United States.Recruiting stations are being established as fast as possible, in central localities all over tlio State.
