Democratic City Convention —Pursuant to the call of the City Committee, the Democratic City Convention, for the nomination of City Officers, met at the City Hair at 10 o'clock a. m., yesterday.The Convention was called to order by AIlt;L Marsh, on whose motion George W. Heirick, Eaq , was called to the Chair (Jacob S. Smith, and W. J. Dodge, were appointed Secretaries.The Wards were called, and the following delegates were found to be present:First Ward—C.
