Lizzie Nora Beam, 75, of route two, Shelby, mother of Mrs. Edwin Meove, of Kings Mountain, were held Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock at Elizabeth Baptist church.Rev, Boyd Cannon ani Rev. Lawrence Roberts officiated and Interment was In the church cemetery.Mrs. Beam, widow of the late David C. Beam who died three years ago, died at her home Monday at 12:01 p m . She had Wen *erio*wly ill for about 10 daye and had been |n falling health for several years.She w*« the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Mow-line Roberta Camp. She had .been amember of Elizabeth 1 church since childhood.Survivors, ,Jn addition to Mrs. Moore, are three sons, Elzle, Joe L, and Ernest Beam; three daughters, Mm. Cura Blanton and Mrs, Dewey Jones, of Shelby, and Mrs. Grady Hogue, .* Blacks-burg, S. C.; a sister, Mrs. C. M. McCarter, of Grover; 42 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
