To be Occupied April 7Tile Omega Phi Fraternity has chased the Henry Exall home Ross Avenue near Harwood Stn and is rebuilding it at the corner Roberts avenue and Dickens st University Park.The Exall home is one of the ’w famous homes in the city of Dalh having been built by the late Henry Exali about twenty years at a cost of $25,000. The consti tion of the house is unique and material used can not be duplicai today.The house will be entirely row eled for a modern fraternity hoi containing accommodations for teen men, together with the nelt; sary living rooms and a housc-nrt' er’s apartment downstairs. The 6 tcrnity's architect is D. A. Bar# and the construction work is bf! done by the Jackson Construct) Company.The total cost of the struct when completed will be in the nel| borhood of $15,000, exclusive of f1 nishings. Afcmbers of the fraterff expect to move into the house ablt; April 7.
