In making the notification the marshal’s off'ce informed d | the saloonmen that any disobedience ; C e r would result in suits being brought j h j against the violators of the law to ; T have their licenses canceled, besides , b which the code provides a fine of a from $5 to $00 for violation of Section n No. 2021 of Carter’s code, which reads d as follows: jSection 2021.
