In making the notification the marshal’s off'ce informed 1 j the saloonmen that any disobedience • C p r would result in suits being brought j h j against the violators of the law to - '1 have their licenses canceled, besides . t which the code provides a fine of from $5 to $00 for violation of Section |r No. 2021 of Carter’s code, which reads d as follows: I vSection 2021.
