Ferguson and James Garvin, the administrators of the goods, chattels and credits of the said Duncan Ferguson, deceased, has lately applied to our Surrogate of our County of St, Lawrence, to have their accounts as administrators as aforesaid, judicially settled, In pursuance of the Statute in such case made and provided:You and eaoh of you, are therefore cited and required, personally, to be and appear before our said Surrogate, at his office, in Ogdensburg, in the County of St. Lawrence, on the 7th day of March, 1SS7, at one o’clock, in the afternoon, then and there to attend such judicial settlement.And If any of the aforesaid persons are under theag of twenty-one years they will please take notice that they are required to appear by tLeir general guardian if they have one, and if they have none, that they appear and apply for the appointment of a special guardian,or in the even to/ their failcre or neglect to do so, a special guardian will be appointed by the Surrogate to represent and act for them in the proceedings for the probate of said Will.In testimony whereof, we have caused the seal of office of our said Surrogate to ffe [L.S.1 hereunto affixed.
