SHERIFF'# HALE.By virtue of an execut or, directed to me from the clerk of the District court of Taylor county. Iowa, ou a judgment obtained in said Court on the Jifth day of November 1859 in favor of W. C. Kern as Plaintiff*, and against Win. II. Cox and Street Cox as Defendants for the sum of Dive hundred and thirty dollars, and Eiglityeight .cents, and costs taxed at $3,00 and accruing costs, I have levied upon the following Real Estate taken as the property of said Dependent, to satisfy said execution to wit:Lot 5 in block 4 Ju the town of Bedford Taylor (Jo., State of Iowa, and the nw £ of sec. 11 Township 87 range 34 and the west £ of the ne£ of see. 34 township 88 north of range 34 we3t and situated.in Taylor County State of iowa, and will otter the same for sale, to tliG highest bidder for cash.in handOn the first day of April A.
