At Ilinois State Members of the Lowell Mason Club, a music honorary at Illi nois State University at Nor mal, presented “Carnival” on campus the last week in Feb ruary. Participating in the produc tion as a member of the or chestra was Elizabeth Losch, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Losch, 123 N. Brockway, Pala tine. Miss Losch is also one of 11 new pledges of Alpha Lamb da Delta, national honorary so ciety for freshmen women on campus. Formal initiation will be held this spring. (1000 At Parks Robert E. Ernst, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sebastian A. Ernst, 523 S. Evanston Ave., Arling ton Heights, has been named on the dean’s list at Parks College of Aeronautical Technology of St. Louis University for the fall trimester. He is a graduate of St. Via tor High School. (1000 At Illinois Among the seven University of Illinois students to be honor ed this year with their nomi nation into the Alpha Delta Sigma national advertising hon orary is Kevin Michael O’Keefe, 244 Grove, Wood Dale. Basis for nomination is activities, scholar ship, character and faculty rec ommendation. This past semester Kevin was also named to the dean’s list in the college of journalism and communications. He is also a member of Scull and Crescent Honorary, Sachem and Derby Day chairman for the Sigma Chi fraternity. (500 At Whitewater Two area students at White water State University in Wis consin are among the cast of the school’s play, ‘“Finian’s Rainbow.” Mary Barnidge, 4513 Lincoln Ave., Rolling Meadows, appears as a geologist, and John Hunter, 1203 Barberry Lane, Mount Prospect, is a dancer.
