Application Will be Made to Legislature for Permission to Annex a F Por tions of Loch Arbour. Notice has been given by E. P. Benja min, N. Hull Hodgson, John N..Beach and F. M. Patera of the intent to ‘apply to the legislature for the passage of a bill to an nex to the borough’ of Allenhurst a por tion of Loch Arbour. The territory which it is desired to take in comprises all that edotion ‘bordering on Elberon avenue from 100 feet south of Lake avenue to about 200 feet north of Norwood avenue, being 160 feet deep and about 1,000 feet in length,. ‘ Mr.’ Hodgson, Mr. Bench and Mr. Peters,'signers of the notice, and George W.
