In FWB Men's Division 1 action: @ BucRan-Dubose rolled past Northwest Florida Office Supply 16-7. Billy Mikel belted a pair of home runs while Tim Lemons, Bill Morris, winning pitcher Mickey Broxson and Andy Snaith added one round-tripper each to lead the BucRan attack. Jimmy Campbell, Morris, Broxson, Skip Butler and Bob Lemons collected three hits apiece for the win ners. Royce Dukes rapped out three hits, Eddie Drake, Reggie Stocker, Robin Workman and Jody Neely added two each and Richard McLeod cracked a home run for Northwest .Destinees scored three runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to edge the Sandfleo 6-5. Tim Waltman, who belted a home run, Donnie Murray and Wena Batson rapped out two hits each for Destinees. Mike Woodham, who cracked a homer, Bill Gilbert and John O'Keefe had two hits apiece for the Sandfleo. Rabbit Griffin was the winning pitcker .Rick Morgan drove in the winning run in the bottom of the ninth inning to lift Back Porch to a 6-5 win over Hurlburt Field. Morgan had four hits for the game to lead the winners at the plate while Ed Foley and Rusty Johnson added two safeties each. Ron O'Dell collected three hits and Jim Volz, Tom Fleck, Bryan Snell and Larry Coleman added two each for Hurlburt. Gary Dunning col lected three hits and Mark Antonio, who had a home run, and Mike Locht added two apiece to lead the 7's plate attack. Brian Brown, Jude Seilhan, Ernest Rodriguez, Ed Weber and John Borklage had two hits each for K of C. John Acker man was the winning pitcher. @Ladder Day Saints Church rolled past Abun dant Life Church 13-4. Gary Kenny rapped out four hits, Ryan Fisher, Wendell Brock and Jimmy Michaels added two each and Tim Hartle belted a home run to pace the LDS plate attack. Monty Hug gins and Chuck Lucas had two hits each and Roger Parrish had a home run for Abundant Life. Sutton got the mound win. @ Harbor Docks turned back Private Collections 12-7. Jerry Johnson, Tommy Morales and Rick Cranton collected three hits each and Jim Griggs, Dale Owens and Brad Plamer added two apiece to lead the 18-hit Harbor Docks attack. Mike Pelter and Roy Heard had two hits each for Private Collec tion. Griggs was the winning pitcher. @ Holiday Inn scored two runs in the sixth inning to down Edwin Watts Golf Shops 6-4. Mike Gates had three hits and Bill Neill and John Madden add ed two each to lead the Holiday Inn attack. Wayne Mills and Kenny Cook rapped out three hits each , and Steve Claude added two for Edwin Watts. Robert Madden was the winnning pitcher. @Elks Club turned back the Yankees 6-2, Jake Marsh, Paul Eubanks and winning pitcher Rod Grif fith collected two hits each to pace the Elks offen sive charge. Terry Fitzgerald had two hits for the Yankees In FWB Girls 12-15 League action: @ April Canter and Sherry Agee hits home runs in a five-run fourth inning as Fort Walton Electric downed Plumbersmith 11-4. Canter, Agee, Barbara Cox and Heather Hoke collected two hits each in the game for FW Electric, which ran its record to 8-0. Tonya Crow was the winning pitcher. @O'Shea Chemicals blanked Independent Telephone 3-0. Noelle O'Shea collected two hits to lead the winners at the plate. Erin Peterson was the winning pitcher, allowing just two hits. In FW Girls 9-11 League action. Plumbersmith scored three runs in the sixth inning to edge past JP Painting 10-9 for its eighth win without a loss. Tracy Mueller had three hits and Sarah Johnson, Barbara Swansey, Alana Cheney and Terri Nelson added two each for Plumbersmith. Jenny Weber and Teresa Key col lected three hits apiece while Shelly Graves, Angie Singleton, Denise Timmons, Lashon Davenport and Shake the Cox added two each for JP. .@ McDonald's Hamburgers turned back Fort Walton Insurance 11-5. Heather Brooks, Leslie Woods, Judy Wosford, April Guesno, Bridgette Guesno and Jennifer Jones rapped out two hits each for McDonald's. Tina Smith, Heather Brooks, Bridgette Guersno and Keryn Lapierre had two hits each to lead the McDonald's attack. Tarsha Lineberger had three hits and Valerie Winchell and Christy Summarlin added two apiece for Insurance. @Plumbersmith turned back McDonald's Ham burgers 20-9. Sarah Johnson had four hits, Tracy Mueller, Sophie Beedie, Melissa Dorman, Barbara Swansey and Terri Nelson added three each and Tammy Mueller, Alana Cheney and Layla Shaner chipped in with two apiece for Plumbersmith. Judy Lunsford, Bridgett Guesno, Averil Lowe and Jenny Page collected three hits each and Leslie Woods, Keryn Lapierre, Chelle Allman, Erica Hawley and Christy Kellum added two apiece for McDonald's. @ JP Painting rolled past Fort Walton Insurance 269. Missy Heye, Shelly Graves, Jenny Weber, Theresa Key, Angie Singleton and Denise Timmons rapped out three hits each and Dana Hey, Tara Mullen, LaShawn Davenport and Tammy Smith chipped in with two apiece to lead the 28-hit JP offensive attack. Lisa Schmidt and Diane Burke were standouts for the Bulldogs. @ The Honies topped the Superstars 11-6. Alisha Wyche, Cindy Brooks and Tina Stout led the way for the Honies while Dawn Rollin, Jennifer McCarley and Tonya Adams paced the Superstars. @ The Angels downed the Superstars 9-3, Kendra Northup, Cheryl Mee and Sandy Swanson were standouts for the Angels while Laurie Zajicek and Andi and Janet Nadicksbernd led the Superstars. The Honies turned back the Bulldogs 11-2. Laurie Nash, Carolyn Mills and Denise Finley led the way for the Honies while Lee Ann Day, Beth Blizzard and Karen Love paced the Bulldogs. The Angels dropped the Bulldogs 8-3. Sandy Swanson, Amy Layman and Cheryl Mee were top performers for the Angels as were Shannon O'Don nell, Jo Ann Davis and Samantha Schill for the Bulldogs. CLUB GETS CHARTER.Members of the Sand Dollar Motorcycle Club gather after the local organization received its American Motorcyclist Association club charter recently, making it the on ly Florida AMA club west of Tallahassee. The AMA is the largest and oldest motorcycle association in the U.S. with more than 200,000 members. The Sand Dollar club plans to have an AMA sanctioned road run at the end of October. The run will be open to all riders, AMA or not. The Sand Dollars meet the first Tues day of each month at the Season's Restaurant and ride every Tuesday night at 7p.m. and every Sunday at 8:30 a.m. starting from Lum’s Restaurant.
