CHICAGO (UPI) — A hag of bones that has been positively identified as the remains of Michael Todd will be reburied m a secret location so the flamboyant showman can rest in peace.Cook County Medical Exam mer Robert Stein said Wed nesday the request for the secret burial was made byactress Elizabeth Taylor. Todd's wife at the time of his death, and Todd's son. Michael Todd Jr Stein said the reamins werepositively identified as thoseof Todd by forensic odon tologist Paul Goaz, who used Todd's dental recordsPolice in suburban Forest Park, acting on an in formant's tip to a private detective, found the ripped open plastic bag containing the remains Tuesday The bag had been hidden under a tree and covered by dirt, leaves and branches about 75 yards from Todd's despoiled grave.Police speculated the grave robbers w ho broke into Todd s casket in Jewish Waldheim ( emetery duringTHE HOLLAND SENTINELwere hunting for a $100,000 diamond ring which Miss Taylor was rumored to have placed on his finger.
