At least the list of alleged violators who were to have been arraigned before Commissioner Cr’st today so Indicated. The commissioner being out of town the casejs were adjourned until Wednesday morning.The following places were raided:. Dance hall of C.' McCann at Highland Lake.Ferncliff lodge at Eldred owned by Robert Wagner. Fred Siemens, who is alleged to have sold drinks, was arrested.Roadhouse owned by Frank Wallace at Highland Lake, known as Peter Barth’s casino,Pineburst Inn a? Highland Lake; Harry Su’zbach was arrested.Cairns hotel, Elizabeth Cairns, proprietor, at ftfoomingbtirg. wasalso raided and a quantity of apple whiskey, scotch and gin seised.A place conducted by W, Bala-bon at Highland Lake was visited by the agents, who say they seised 24 pints of rye, 24 pints of scotch and purchased three drinks of whiskey before executing a search warrant.CRAIG V PL LECRAIGVILLE—Ruth Horr was painfully burned when a kettle of boiling water fell from tne stove on her foot.
