oi new xorK. -Fatal Result of an Accident.Win. Eckert, aged 17, and residing at No. 80 Fort Wayne avenue, died this morning from injnries sustained a week ago. Eckert was driving a butcher wagon at the time, and the horse taking fright at a bicycle, made a sudden start when Eckert fell from the wagon, the wheels passing over him. The deceased stated to a relative that a boy named Bloomer, a son of the attorney of that name, was riding the bicycle and followed him up to frighten the horse. The coroner was notified of the death of young Eckert and will hold an inquest.Articles Filed.Articles of association were filed
