The Hail Road.ST force of civil lingineers are at work . on the line of the White Water Valley, , staking out the grade anil curves, preparatory to putting working hands upon it. The snrvej'ors have already engineered the road from Harrison pretty well toward Trenton, and we are credibly informed that Mu. Loud will place a heavy force of laborers upon the work by Monday of next I* L %r •*week, and will prosecute it to an early •completion. confidently expecting to .startle the natives with the shrill shriek of cthe.,locomotive whistle, along our valley by the first of November.
