SOCIAL PROGRESS-oPROGRESS OF THE REDEMPTION SOCIETY,The people can never be free till they are capitalists, and educated. Political reforms may facilitate, but can never accomplish either of these blessings. Political reforms will not give capital to the people, and without it they never will be educated; and hence, cannever be free in that high sense of the word in which we of the communal faith understand it. Do we then deprecate political reforms ? Far from it; we seek them rather;but not with the same view as the mere politician. With him these are ultimate ends.
