Spenser and others. ^THE objects of the bill of the complainant's are, that 13194 acres of land, part of survey No. 106% in Clinton ccunty, Ohio, conveyed by Samuel Murdock to Thomas Hallam, deyr | ceased, on the 10th Oct., 1828, may be sold toj satisfy a claim which the complainant has againstthe estate of deceased, a mounting to 3 12J0.— 11 And the prayer ef the bill is, that said 13194 s, acres of land, or so much thereof as may bn ne-ce sary to satisfy complainant's claim, may be sold—that the money be applied to that pnr-Lipose—that the pretended rights, infect-,01 claims, and conveyances of John IluiJam, % Charles Hallam, David Hallain, and Absalom Hallam to said 13194 acres of land, may b« decreed to be fraudulent, void, voluntary and of no effect;—and for general relief.And at the Term of May, 1837, of our said Court of Common Pleas, it appearing to the Court here, that said John Hallain, JacobStrik-land and Isabella his wife, William Hallam, Samuel Kinkaid and Deborah his wife, Joha Morrow and Sophia his wife, John Haggan and Nancy his wife, and John C. Spenser are not residents of the State of Ohio,; it wsui therefore ordered that notice of the pendency of this bill, containing a summary statement of the objects and prayer thereof should be published six consecutive weeks in the Democrat Her-„ald, a newspaper printed and published in the town of Wilmington, Clinton county, Ohio, prior to the next Term of this Court.NOTICE, is therefore, hereby given to said non-resident defendants accordingly.AttestISAIAH MORRIS, Clk.R.
