William Burton, 79William H. Burton, 79, of Rushvllle, died Monday, June 25. 1990, in Miller's Merry Manor.Born Feb. 5, 1911, In Connersvllle, he was the son of Ben Burton and Edna Walker Burton. He had worked at Christian Chevrolet and also at the Kopper Kettle, Morristown. A 1931 graduate of Rushvllle High School, he participated In basketball and track, among other sports. He was a member of the Rushvllle Second Baptist Church and was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran.Survivors Include his wife, Ruth M. (Perkins) Burton. He was preceded in death by one daughter.
