TRIO III MU CASEAttorney to Charge Jacob Piester and Sons With Attack on Farmer.SCOTTSBLUFF, N e b. UPl. Scottsbluff County Attorney Rush C. Clarke said Monday night he will file charges of assault with intent to do great bodily injury against Jacob Piester* about 50, and his two sons in connection with an assault allegedly committed upon Ray Stufft, 50, farmer near here, Monday.Police Officer Floyd Hullinger said Stufft was felled with a heavy wooden neck yoke in a blacksmith shop. He suffered severe face and head lacerations and a fractured ankle.R. A. Brashear, farmer who ■was talking to Stufft at the time the trio entered the shop, said Stufft was attacked without warning. Brashear said he incurred arm and leg bruises when he was struck by the three men with clubs as he attempted to aid Stufft.Hullinger said Stufft told him he talked to Piester a half hour before the attack about a horse trade in which Stufft claimed he was “cheated/*
