Attorney Boorman Defends Two Men Ac cused of Horse Stealing and Secures Their Liberty for Them. Attorney H. M. Boorman returned yesterday afternoon from Nebraska, where he went some days ago. While there he defended two men accused of horse stealing. in Boyd county, Neb., by name, Noble Lunderman and W. J. Connarros. The case against the men was dismissed upon a motion to that atled by Mr. Boorman. The motion was made on the grounds of insufficient evidence. Mr. Boorman also visited his ranch while in Ne braska and reports everything look ing fine.
