Alex Laurie, of the tug Evenson, which is employed in towing stone from the Laurie quarry, states that the present season is the most favorable for that business that be has yet seen, the weather for a month pr two past having been simply perfect. The last round trip to Milwaukee and back was made in just two days and five hours, which is good time considering the cargo towed.
