General Scott robbed.—While General W.Scott was coming down the Nortli River yesterday, his pocket was picked of §130. He was on board the steamer Troy, and four men named George Potter, James Wilson, Charles Hubbard, and John Rock, have been arrested for bring concerned in the robbery. The principal part of the General's money was in gold, and a large amount was found on Rock. They are all temporarily committed.
