Exceptions by the defense were noted, and j a Houck’s attorneys were granted fifty s? days in which to prepare and tile a bill o\ of exceptions. ntHouck, when brought into court to or receive sentence, maintained the same C stolid indifferoee to the proceedings ct that characterized him throughout the ol greater part of the trial ot his case.
