of temporary menial derangement.Cohoneh’s Inquest.—An inquest was held on Saturday,*t the Pied Morse, Slough, before Mr Charslcy, the Coroner lor the . county of Bucks, on the body of Mr. Edwards Jennings, an extensive And opulent farmer, of Uptim-court, who was found dead in his bed on Friday morning weltering in his blood, his mouth dreadfully abatiertd, and a pistol lying by his side. The evidence went to shew a great alteration in his manner for some time past, that he had been unwell for weeks, and bad taken to drinking ardent spirits when at home, lie had been visited on Monday bv Mr. J. A. Stanford, of \\ imUor, who found him in bed and very much excited in consequent of receiving a communication from his 1t mi lord, and complaining that he could, neither eat, drink, nor sleep, lie was blooded, and appeared better on Tuesday morning but still much excitt'd. 1 his Gentleman had no doubt that the deceased had destroyed himself while labouring under temporary derangement.
