‘The amusement committee met Tuesday evening at the church and came to the conclusion that they would celebrate the Fourth of July in this city. They will endeavor to make it a day of pleasure and sur prise to everyone. Miss Lucille Satterfield of Poca tello is the guest of Mrs. Ralph Par mone this week. She arrived here in L. Nilggon left for Burley, Idaho Tuesday. His wife left for Pin, Wednesday to visit her father before leaving for Burley. Mr. and Airey Niteson expect to make their home there. Everett Colburn was a visitor at American Falls Tuesday. D. Blanchard, the local butcher, made a business trip to Aberdeen Tuesday of this week. Mr. and Mrs. Phil Kellar, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Hougland and Mrs. Earl Leigh spent Sunday in Blackfoot visiting friends. Miss Mae Jones of Aberdeen was the guest of Miss Mae Holmquist Sunday. Miss Jamet Holmquist arrived here Wednesday from Pocatello. The base ball game will be played here Saturday afternoon. It is not known as yet which team will com pete with our home team. Hl The birthday party given on Miss Hilda Ward and Misa Eileen Cooper | Monday evening was attended by, twenty boys and girls who enjoyed themselves very much.
