Grouard, Jr. Is this the same man ! Yes, George Grouard, that, a few months ago, conducted a paper which pretended to support the principles of the Democratic party 1 Bat, alas it is now George M. Grouard, Jr., who it publisher, editor and proprietor of a sheet entitled the 44 Whig Banner.” The wind changes, so has Mr. Grouard changed his name and hit politico.
